Your software should fit your business. Not the other way around.

That's the idea behind Prism. The work starts where a standard product stops fitting: a specialist inspection process, disconnected payment systems, an unusual operational workflow or an application that needs a clear technical owner.

My work spans field inspection platforms, industrial portals, payment operations and real-time market software. The common thread isn't the industry. It's understanding how a business actually works and carrying that understanding into the application, its integrations and its ongoing development.

I work across the full stack, from the interface people use to the data and infrastructure behind it. You deal directly with me throughout—not only during the first conversation.

The working relationship

One conversation.
The whole technical picture.

Prism is built around a small number of meaningful engagements. That creates room to learn the operation properly, make considered recommendations and stay involved as the system grows.

The aim is a useful long-term relationship: clear expectations, direct communication and software that earns its place in the business.

What you can expect

A few things I
take seriously.

Understand before prescribing.

The workflow, the people and the consequences matter before the technology choices. I want to understand what is actually happening, not just what a new screen should look like.

Make the recommendation clear.

You should know what I recommend, why it makes sense and which trade-offs come with it. That includes saying when custom software is unnecessary.

Take the whole system seriously.

The interface is only one part. Data quality, background processing, integrations, permissions and production behaviour need the same attention.

Keep the context with the work.

Long-term relationships mean less rediscovery. The person extending the software understands the choices, constraints and operational history behind it.

Start with the problem

Your process is unusual.
Your software can be, too.

Tell me where things get complicated. You don't need a specification, a technology choice, or all the answers.
